It will be a good idea to know how is your brain works so you will be able use it to your best possible potential. The purpose is to give you an understanding of how brain cells connect to form a neural pathways that govern our thoughts, beliefs, actions and behaviors and then manifesting your’s ideas and goals into material world. Your brain is made up with many tiny cells that are often referred to as a neurons. Your brain has about 100 billion neurons, to give you an idea of it size if every brain cells or neuron was equal one second then the number of neurons you have will equal around 3171 years. This massive amount of neurons gives everyone the opportunity to achieve extraordinary things. The trick is to understanding how the brain works so that you could leverage this path and make sure that you will live to the highest true potential.
Not so long ago many scientists believed that the brain could not be change after childhood, that it was hard wired, and fixed by the time we became adults, that means that we would have to have the same experience over and over again, but the true fact is that our neurons can be rewire and reprogram into the new paths ways and as the results you will create and have new experience that you truly desire to have in your life right now. As you have learned from the Universal Laws – The Law of Mentalism that says: “The All is Mind – The Universe is Mental”, which means that we all in Universe are living in the Mind of All, and you as a human being has the power and privilege to create the environment of your choice.
Everything around us is an energy, all things in the Universe those visible and invisible like thoughts and emotions for example: love, joy and compassion belongs to our’s spiritual highest energies (vibrations of this energies are very high). All the creation has the beginning on the spiritual level, either if you have been aware of this or not. Everything it’s beginning in your mind, by using consciousness mind you are creating thoughts and those thoughts turns into your daily actions and by repeating them over and over again they have been programmed into your subconsciousness mind that had created all the experience you have had until now, if you do not like your current situation or the life style that you have, do not worry you will need to change your thoughts and create a new beliefs and habits that will brings you the experience that you wish to have.
WHAT IS CONSCIOUSNESS AND SUBCONSCIOUSNESS MIND!
The conscious mind is your awareness at the present moment. You are aware of something on the outside as well as some specific mental functions happening on the inside for example: environment around you, breathing, the car you are driving now etc.
Your conscious mind is the reasoning and logic mind, it is that phase of mind which chooses, for example: you choose the book you read, you choose your partner, you choose what to eat, etc.
Whenever you are aware of the things you are doing, when you decide to take a sip of the tea then all this process will be done by your conscious mind because you were 100% conscious by doing it.
The subconscious mind consist of accessible information. You can become aware of this information once your direct your attention to it. Think of this as memory recall. You are dressing yourself every day without thinking about it, you have been doing this so many times that you remember all the process, you may be thinking what to dress that day but you do not have to think how to do it, it will be process by your subconscious mind, it is this same with all your daily activities: driving, taking shower etc. It also controls your heart beats, blood pressure and breathing process. Your subconscious remember and store all your previous life experience, you childhood memories and thoughts patterns, beliefs that you had program until now, your skills, all this beliefs and thoughts patterns had formed who you are today and all the experience that you had until now. All your behaviors that you are responding to all situations in life depends of your subconscious beliefs. Your subconscious mind accepts what is impressed upon it or what you consciously believe in. It does not reason things out like your conscious mind, and it does not argue with you controversially.
The best way to understand the subconscious mind is think about like this: if the person is learning how to drive a car at the beginning he would not be able to keep the conversation that’s why he is focusing on the different moves involved. That’s because he is still using he’s conscious mind to drive. After few weeks driving becomes natural habit to him, that’s happening automatically without even think about it. The driver would be able now to keep a conversation with his friends or listen to the music. That’s because the skill of driving was programmed in his subconscious mind and the conscious mind it’s now free. Your subconscious mind is like the soil, which accepts any kind of seed, good or bad. Every thought is, therefore, a cause, and every condition is an effect.

- Every thought causes the physical reaction – if you are stressed before examine even if you are prepare well for it, but your feeling stress and fear it may cause you to forget everything you have learned and you will fail.
- What you expect tends to be realized – if you expect and you confident that you will make a good impression on the girl that you are going to approach, that is what will happen.
- Belief once accepted will remain until the new one will replaced – for example if you believe that money is the cause of all problems, you may push them away from you, until you change your belief.
- Suggestions can have an impact on subconscious mind – this can be the best explained by hypnosis. The subconscious mind accept all the suggestions that are send to hypnotic person.
Method # 1 – Affirmation.
The subconscious mind can be program by repetition that are often used in practice with an affirmations. Affirmation is a positive statement or declaration that used to condition our subconscious mind to help you develop more positive perception of yourself.
Affirmation can be used to change your inappropriate behaviors or accomplish goals, also can be used to change your negative thoughts that your are consistently talk to yourself or others tell you. Method #2 – Visualization.
One of the most effective ways to reprogram your subconscious mind is by using creative visualization, this is because subconscious mind operates on images and emotions, when you imagine the situation that you would love to experience in your life the emotions are involved in this process. Creative visualization allows you to consciously attract what you want. What you do is you visualize or see images in your conscious mind. This is a powerful way of programming thoughts into your subconscious mind. The great thing about visualization is that you can imagine anything that you wish to achieve in life. There are various methods of doing creative visualization. This methods are: auditory, visual, and kinesthetic.
Auditory: This is one type of method used in visualization. It is based on visualizing with words and sounds. Instead of just seeing an image, the person uses sounds to depict the object. The sounds they generate will cause the right kind of emotion to surface.
Visual: With this method the person sees images in his mind. When a person uses this method, they see pictures and watch the whole event play out in their mind with each picture or image representing something.
Kinesthetic: With this method, the emotions plays a more dominant part. The person will imagine feeling the results. They will feel what it would be like to have whatever it is they want manifested.

Method #3 – Meditation.
Meditation is the combination of the two methods already described: affirmations and visualization and it plays a vital role in reprogramming the subconscious mind, because it helps to still the mind and reach Alpha and Theta brain waves, those are the natural frequencies that you can access your subconscious mind. In this meditative state you can easily reprogram any beliefs, habits, behaviors or even accomplish any goals that you may have. You can meditate in any position: sitting on a chair, in meditation position or just lay down on a bed. Before you start practicing you should have a purpose or goal of what is that you wish to reprogram or achieve. Take a few minutes and think what is your weakness and what would be the opposite of that weakness as you would like to be. Once you have the image of the results you wish to have, you can start meditation. Choose the position you like and take a few deep breaths in and out to relax your entire body and mind, after few minutes when your body relaxed, you can start to visualize the results, goals that you wish to have, feel the emotions as your goal is already achieved. What would that feel like? You can say to yourself aloud or in mind the affirmation that you had choose before for this practice. Once your thoughts and emotions are align with your goal, you can slowly come out from meditation. During the day remained yourself your goal, and remember always to be Thankful to the Universe for the outcome.
Method #4 – Positive Self – talk.
On a daily basis, we spend more time talking to ourselves than any other person. Whether it’s a verbal tirade, an analytical discussion or the incessant chatter that takes place within our mind. Our self-talk dictates our mood, behavior and guides our choices and decisions. Perhaps the most powerful influence on your attitude and emotions is what you say to yourself, and believe. As I always say, “It is not what happens to you that really matters, but what you say to yourself about what happened.” Your response to the event or situation is what determines your thoughts and feelings and ultimately, your actions. By effectively managing your self-talk, you can begin to live your life on a higher level and create the life you truly want and deserve. Your subconscious mind will believe whatever you tell it most. Therefore, you must spend time each day intentionally speaking positive self-talk to yourself. It is only through repetition that your subconscious mind will adopt its new programming. Then and only then, will you begin to change the autopilot of your mind to think these new thoughts automatically.
